Holidays are considered a joyous time of the year, in which people spend time with their family, friends, and loved ones. The holiday season is also considered the "season of giving," as people look forward to exchanging gifts with their loved ones and giving back to the community. The holidays can also be a challenging time for those who are less fortunate than others. The past two years have been extremely challenging for a lot of families, resulting from COVID-19. Some people have lost loved ones, jobs, shelter, and so much more. Additionally, the importance of mental health has become even more prevalent during this time.
